Hotpoint FFA97 Bottom Fridge Freezer User Reviews.

User Reviews Hotpoint FFA97 Bottom Fridge Freezer

Its much noisier than my old Creda, more like I would expect from an industrial model rather than one designed for the home. I suppose that this level of noise should be expected from fan driven, frost free freezers compared to traditional types. Apart from the noise, the range of features and flexibility of the fridge compartment is equivaqlent to a more expensive model.

The product is very good if somewhat noisy - loud cracking sound, presumably during auto-defrost, and gurgling noises. Apart from that we are very pleased with every other facet.

Very pleased with appliance, but as others have said it is very noisy and makes you jump occasionally.
However mine is only approx 3 years old and already the bottom door rack has a broken lug, which means I am no longer able to use the bottom rack, which is annoying; all because Hotpoint decided to combine the lugs which hold the rack up within the moulding of the inside of the door. If I want it repaired I have to purchase a complete new door. Also plastic drawers in freezer fall out easily and break and salad drawers scratch and crack easily.
