Its exactly the same problem, all to do with the fan oven and the elements in it. Mind you, Give Smeg their due, they are very helpful and aim to please in sorting the problems out. The PCB went and so have the fan elements. Smeg have been very unhelpful and I have spent over £500 on repairs - this from a manufacturer with a reputation for quality hence my decision to purchase the product.
