Grill either on or off without ability to regulate to lower heat, so can overcook food. Griddle plate takes while to get to required heat. Cooker knobs liable to lose there silver caps if operated a lot. Is most definitely not self cleaning. However the glass plate in grill and oven doors easily is removed for cleaning.
