Norcool is a Norwegian company of high repute engaged in the development, production and marketing of outstanding refrigeration solutions to increase life quality in homes.

Norcool history goes back to 1978 when the company was established in Sarpsborg. The first product was a refrigerator with glass doors for commercial use, inspired by an American concept. The first consumer product, a refrigeration unit, was produced in 1980.

Norcool developed quickly and in controlled fashion over the following 20 years, becoming one of the leading European manufacturers of commercial display door refrigerators. In addition the company developed and produced several refrigeration units, Corner Fridges and Cold Rooms and became the leading manufacturer of these products on the Scandinavian market.
