If we were writing about Hotpoint Appliances 4 years ago we would have said avoid like the plague because their products were unreliable the after sales service was poor and in general their products were dated. Now they have the best range of washing machines we have ever had the pleasure to use. The products look and feel great and they have a built-in appliances range that would give Aeg and Bosch a good run for their money. Overall we think that the Hotpoint’s new 2005 range of appliances is the best there is. Plus they have sorted out the after sales problems you can now even book a service call online.

Its not quite Neff or Miele yet but if they keep on improving, and launching ground breaking products like the Hotpoint WF860 Super Silent Washing Machine they soon will be.
